We pass the examination of amendments 10.12, 10.13 and 3.89, Article 10 deleted in its entirety.

ROMANO. Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I rise to support the validity of Article 10 in question, which I consider to be among the most interesting topics of the entire bill because it sets in motion a mechanism related to building a positive, can produce a series of benefits to our reality creating housing parks in those areas of the city where are present.
