The report of the Italians with foreigners, especially in recent times and in big cities, not all is well. There are those who falsify the facts and creates alarm and fear. The reality is that foreigners commit crimes, but offenders like the Italians, the same way. There is much resentment towards foreigners, increased at this time of global economic crisis, national and local level: foreigners huddled all the blame and responsibility. There are those who fan the flames for increasing racist attitudes.
We all Italian and foreign, we want our country lives in order, legality and safety. But as said Monsignor Enrico Feroci Caritas, we know that immigrants are neither angels nor demons, and that million Romanians living in Italy certainly has problems related to migration, which is an unstoppable phenomenon, and from which all Italian and foreign we can receive adequate benefits. We need, however, mutual understanding, listening, and that's why we invite you to take part in this meeting.
We will try to understand through the mediator Romania who really are the Romanians, through the narration of their history, their culture. Heard the word of the Church and that of the school. We call on the political and social forces to take the floor and have their say on this issue that represents a cultural challenge for all moral and civil.

Unit Pastoral High Orvietano organized for the first time in this area, a very interesting conference, given by Prof. Don Mauro Riccardi, on ' Pope Benedict XVI's recent encyclical entitled "Caritas in Veritate". Also present were the Bishop of Orvieto, Todi Bishop John Scanavino, the Mayor of Fabro Ing Maurizio-back, the National President of Sante Promogest Mochi, the President of unity Martelloni Luciano, as well as representatives of various associations.
The multipurpose room of the municipality of Fabro was completely filled with an audience attentive and interested, even if not yet accustomed to hear and discuss issues such as global breadth of great emotional power, because it touches the deepest chords of the human soul. The speaker had the ability to make light and understand everything included in the encyclical, the references of anthropological, philosophical, social, economic summarize the whole doctrinal large production that is referred to as "Social Teaching of the Church", not could, however, refrain from being a bit 'longer than expected, while noting a sense of weariness in the audience to whom a few were able to take all the links in the vast work. He
however, after an opening explanation of how to operate the Church to spread its ideas and its directions, without wishing to intervene in providing technical solutions, in-depth, with many references to explanatory chapters third, fourth, fifth and sixth of 'Encyclical report focusing on the themes of true progress and overall development, which must always be at the center of the human person. Involved the audience with historical references and news reports that have lifted the span, so that the entire audience to prove that he had grasped the essential message of the Encyclical, very devoted to the development of man and its most positive, so full of optimism, because it always refers to the presence divine.
At the end of the report there was a brief debate in which the speaker responded to the request for investigation on specific issues such as revision of the model of development in economy, further research of human liberation from all subjection and the value of the gratuity. All participants have focused their speeches on the opening of "exemplary examples" of the Church. The Bishop of
Orvieto Todi Bishop John Scanavino closed the conference citing and reaffirming the value of charity, solidarity and transparency of the conduct in the Christian sense. All present were satisfied and asked to continue on this path, focusing interventions on more specific topics covered by the Encyclical.
