PRESIDENT. It has the power.
ROMANO. Ladies and gentlemen, I read with you from the State-Regions Agreement
because it seems that this agreement include all-state region, but I realized from
questions asked in the hallway that many of us have not read it.
I think we need from this agreement to try to understand what we're talking about.
The agreement provides for the State-Region things you can do, additions, demolitions,
the simplification of procedures. It reads: "... these construction projects may not relate

I think also that when the State-Region agreement speaks of regeneration of degraded areas - and we invented
