On 14 October at 18.00 was held at the headquarters of Fabro Scalo Congress of the Communist Party of the PRC. The conference document was illustrated by the Provincial Secretary of Terni, Damiano Stufara. After much debate, has been appointed Secretary, Joseph Galletti, and delegates to the provincial congress to be held in Terni on 23-24 October.

Nevertheless, it has identified the importance of Anti-Berlusconi that the government continues to exacerbate the damage caused by the recent crisis of the capitalist system and constantly attacks the fruit of the work of the Constitutional Charter and the anti-fascist resistance. The new directors of the club has collected this mandate and will undertake in the coming months to take forward the policy proposals of the Communist Party of the PRC.
